Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CT on a business day normally leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off ship the next business day. Weekends and federal holidays do not count toward dispatch.
Parts sourced from a partner yard in our network can take 1–2 extra business days to reach our dock for inspection before being forwarded to you. We always tell you the dispatch estimate before you pay.
Delivery Windows & Carriers
Small parts (alternators, sensors, trim) ship by ground parcel service and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Large parts (engines, transmissions, body panels, glass) ship by freight carrier and typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your state.
Freight items are delivered curbside unless you choose a liftgate at checkout. Someone over 18 must be present to sign for freight deliveries. If a part is too heavy to move from the curb, let us know before ordering and we'll arrange the right equipment.
Shipping Costs
Parcel shipping is calculated by weight, dimensions and destination at checkout. Freight is quoted per order because large parts vary so much in size and route. Every quote shows the freight cost up front — no surprise fees when the truck arrives.
Orders over $999 qualify for free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are always quoted individually because air freight pricing changes quickly.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our dock. Freight orders include a carrier pro number, and our team will call with the scheduled delivery window. If you need a quicker update than the tracker gives, call +1 (323) 974-3841 and we'll look it up for you.
Will-Call Pickup
If you're near Columbus, Ohio, you can order online and pick up at our warehouse — 4820 Industry Way, Columbus, OH 43228 — Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, or Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. Bring your order number and ID to the gate and we'll load you up.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect the box before you sign for it. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the box before opening. If damage is concealed or a shipment is lost, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at info@allstateautoparts.com and we'll start a claim immediately — freight carriers need those photos and notes to process anything.
