Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our shipping policy, and our returns and refunds policy. If you're ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price on your order confirmation is locked in. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a part's availability, condition or fitment turns out to differ materially from the listing — if that happens, we'll refund you in full and tell you why.
It's your responsibility to confirm that the part fits your specific vehicle. We'll help with VIN matching and fitment questions before you order, but installation is a mechanical task and the final responsibility for confirming fit rests with the buyer.
Vehicle-Specific Claims
Part descriptions are based on the information our suppliers provide and the condition we observe. Mileage, year and fitment claims are made in good faith. If you have any doubt about a part, ask before you buy — that's what the 24/7 desk is for.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and, for approved business accounts, net-30 invoicing. Payment is due at checkout for new orders. Authorized charges are processed securely by our payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All State Auto Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including vehicle downtime, towing, rental or labor costs) arising from the sale or use of a part. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
