Information We Collect
When you request a quote, place an order or contact us, we collect the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, vehicle year/make/model, part information, and payment details. If you call, we may keep notes on the conversation so we don't make you repeat your story twice.
We also collect basic technical data when you browse — pages visited, device type, and approximate location — to understand how the site is used and keep it running smoothly.
How We Use It
Your information is used to answer your request, process and deliver orders, provide warranty support, and send order-related messages. If you've opted in, we may send occasional parts tips or offers — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and we never sell your information to third parties for their marketing.
Sharing With Partners
To fulfill a part from our network, we share your shipping address and part request with the specific salvage yard or supplier fulfilling your order — and only with them. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working (like remembering your cart) and to understand traffic. We do not use invasive advertising trackers that follow you around the web. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the core functions of this site.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption on the whole site, keep payment data with PCI-compliant processors, and limit internal access to customer data to the staff who actually need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and industry-standard steps to protect your data, and we review those steps regularly.
Your Rights
You can ask us to see what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time by emailing info@allstateautoparts.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We keep order records for as long as the relevant warranty or accounting requirements demand, then delete them.
