30-Day Returns
You can return most parts within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the part is in the same condition it arrived in and still in its original packaging. Start a return by emailing info@allstateautoparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return — we'll send a prepaid label where the size allows.
Parts that are custom-made to your order, electrical modules that have been installed, or safety items like airbags and seat belts cannot be returned unless they're defective. This protects you as much as us.
Core Charges
Some parts carry a core charge, which is refunded when you send back the old part (the core) within the stated time, typically 30 days. Cores must be complete — same part type, drained of fluids, and without damage that would make them unrebuildable. Ship the core back in the box your replacement arrived in, and email us the return tracking number so we can process the refund.
Warranty Claims
Parts carry warranties from 90 days up to 5 years depending on the category (see the product page for the exact term). If a part fails in the warranty period, contact us with your order number, photos of the failure, and a short description. For most components we'll ship a replacement right away and arrange return of the failed unit.
Warranty covers the part itself, not labor, towing, or rental costs, and doesn't cover damage from improper installation, abuse, or racing use.
Refund Timing
Once the returned part arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and the original shipping cost is not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective part.
How to Start a Return
Three steps: email info@allstateautoparts.com with your order number; we reply with instructions and a label if applicable; you send it back and get your refund. The whole process is handled by our team, not a call-center script, so questions get answered by someone who can see your order history.
